Up-Front Pricing for Your Direct Primary Care Needs
At Georgia Wellness Solutions, our one-time registration fee for our Direct Primary Care services is $100. Our monthly fees are:
- 65 years of age and older – $100 per month
- 50 – 64 years of age – $80 per month
- 35 – 49 years of age – $60 per month
- 20 – 34 years of age – $40 per month
- 7 – 19 years of age – $20 per month
Direct Primary Care Benefits
- No co-payment per visit
- No annual deductible
- Common generic medications at low competitive prices (excluding narcotics and controlled substances)
- Common lab tests at low prices
- Annual physical exam, lab test, and EKG included once a year
- Same-day or next-day appointments usually available for established patients. New patient appointments usually available within 14 days.
- Minimum to no-wait time at your appointment
- Accessibility to Dr. Vu or his nurse via cell phone, secure text, or email
Annual wellness labs: CBC w/Diff, comprehensive, thyroid panel with TSH, lipid LDL/HDL, HgbA1C, PSA (for men) **included once a year**
Please note that while annual wellness labs are included once per year, repeat or follow-up laboratory testing ordered by Dr. Vu may incur additional laboratory fees. Dr. Vu typically prefers to see patients in the office every 3–6 months, depending on medical needs, and additional lab work obtained during those visits may not be included in the annual wellness labs and may result in additional costs.
In addition to primary care services, Georgia Wellness Solutions also offers optional wellness and medical aesthetic services for patients interested in supporting overall health, confidence, and quality of life. These services are not required for DPC membership.
