Who is Dr. John Vu?
Dr. John Vu is a board-certified family medicine physician in Griffin, Georgia, who embraces the Direct Primary Care (DPC) model to provide more personalized, accessible, and affordable care. He welcomes patients at Georgia Wellness Solutions, located at 100 Pecan Point, Suite A, Griffin, GA 30224.
A graduate of Mercer University School of Medicine (1994), Dr. Vu completed his family medicine residency at the Medical Center of Central Georgia in 1997. Before launching his DPC practice in December 2016, he practiced in a traditional private practice setting and served in urgent care and primary care leadership roles.
Dr. Vu has pursued functional medicine since 2000 to help patients address root causes and achieve lasting improvements in health. In 2015, he expanded into aesthetic medicine to support patients’ confidence and overall well-being—reflecting his philosophy: “Beauty from the inside out, then from the outside in.”
In addition, Dr. Vu is board certified in stem cell procedures and regenerative medicine and serves as a national trainer for aesthetic procedures. In 2025, he was honored as Georgia Family Physician of the Year, voted by his peers in the Georgia Academy of Family Physicians.

Cynthia Kline is a Nationally Registered Paramedic, Registered Nurse, and Paramedicine Educator with extensive experience across emergency medicine, functional medicine, medical aesthetics, and healthcare leadership. Her healthcare journey began at the age of 18 as a Certified Nursing Assistant, where she developed a strong foundation in patient-centered care and a deep appreciation for the trust placed in healthcare professionals.
After briefly stepping away from healthcare to pursue a career in marketing, Cynthia returned to medicine with renewed purpose—advancing from Advanced EMT to Paramedic and gaining years of frontline experience in high-acuity, fast-paced emergency medical environments. This diverse background allows her to blend clinical precision, education, leadership, and patient advocacy in every role she serves.
In 2021, Cynthia joined Dr. John Vu to help grow and support a practice centered on Functional Medicine and integrative care. Through years of close mentorship with Dr. Vu, she expanded her clinical expertise to include preventative health, root-cause medicine, wellness optimization, and comprehensive patient education—bridging the gap between acute care and long-term health outcomes.
Driven by a lifelong passion for learning, Cynthia returned to school once again to complete her Registered Nursing education. While she often jokes about the growing number of credentials behind her name, she views each educational milestone as a responsibility to better serve patients and continually elevate the standard of care. She remains committed to ongoing professional growth as the practice continues to evolve.
In addition to her clinical experience, Cynthia serves as a Paramedic Educator, mentoring and training the next generation of EMS professionals. From time to time, patients may see Cynthia in the clinic alongside paramedic students, observing and learning firsthand about patient care, professionalism, and compassionate, ethical practice. Education remains a central part of her professional identity.
Cynthia continues to support the practice in a collaborative role, working alongside Dr. Vu and Rachel to provide clinical guidance, program development, and operational support as needed. While much of her work now occurs behind the scenes, her focus remains on ensuring a high standard of patient care, continuity, and overall practice excellence.
While Cynthia’s role within the practice has evolved, her commitment to patient care and the success of the team remains unchanged. She continues to be a trusted resource, supporting both patients and staff to ensure a seamless and high-quality care experience.
Cynthia currently lives in Pike County, Georgia, with her husband, Kipp, and her son, Jake. She is the proud matriarch of a large, close-knit family—with seven children and even more grandchildren. Outside of work, her greatest joy—and favorite hobby—is spending time with her family and grandbabies, who continue to inspire her passion for caring for others.
Rachel Landrum, NRP

Rachel Landrum is a Nationally Registered Paramedic with a strong foundation in emergency medicine and a growing passion for functional and integrative care. She began her healthcare career at just 18 years old as an EMT and Firefighter, where she quickly developed a deep respect for teamwork, resilience, and patient advocacy in high-pressure environments.
While completing her Paramedic clinical rotations at Georgia Wellness Solutions, Rachel discovered a strong interest in Functional Medicine. Exposure to a care model focused on prevention, root-cause treatment, and whole-person wellness broadened her clinical perspective beyond emergency response and reinforced her commitment to patient-centered care.
Rachel is local to the area and balances the demands of work and school with raising her energetic five-year-old, who keeps her constantly on the move. That experience has shaped her compassionate, attentive approach to patients—particularly her ability to listen, educate, and advocate with empathy and patience.
Known for her unique dedication and strong voice for her patients, Rachel approaches healthcare with both heart and determination. Around the clinic, she is affectionately referred to as the “Padawan”—a nod to her eagerness to learn, her respect for mentorship, and her commitment to growing into a skilled, confident provider (for those who appreciate the Star Wars reference).

Both are licensed Paramedics, and Kelanie is also a licensed Registered Nurse, combining advanced clinical knowledge with years of real-world, high-acuity patient care.
While you may occasionally see Kelanie in the office, Bobby and Kelanie most often take their expertise on the road—delivering mobile IV hydration, vitamin infusions, and wellness therapies to patients where they are most comfortable. Their background in emergency medicine allows them to perform thorough assessments, anticipate complications, and tailor IV therapies with a level of precision and confidence that sets them apart.
