Welcome to Georgia Wellness Solutions!
Here’s how our program works.
Direct Primary Care (DPC) at Georgia Wellness Solutions is a membership-based approach designed to make healthcare simpler and more accessible. Think of it like a Netflix subscription — one predictable monthly fee that gives you access to care when you need it. No per-visit charges, no surprise bills — just consistent, relationship-based medical care.
Your membership doesn’t mean you need to come in every month. It means that when something comes up, you don’t have to think twice about calling, texting, or scheduling an appointment. Care is available without copays, deductibles, or rushed visits, allowing us to focus on prevention, continuity, and proactive health management instead of volume-driven medicine.
To get started, Georgia Wellness Solutions requires a one-time registration fee of $100 to establish care in our Direct Primary Care program.
Monthly membership fees are based on age and are as follows:
65 years of age and older – $100 per month
50–64 years of age – $80 per month
35–49 years of age – $60 per month
20–34 years of age – $40 per month
7–19 years of age – $20 per month
Direct Primary Care membership includes comprehensive primary care services designed to meet most routine medical needs.
Membership benefits include:
*No copayment per visit
*No annual deductible
*Same-day or next-day appointments typically available for established patients
*New patient appointments usually available within 14 days
*Minimal to no wait time at appointments
*Direct access to Dr. Vu or his nurse via phone, secure text, or email
*Annual physical exam included once per year
*Annual wellness laboratory testing included once per year, consisting of:
*CBC with differential
*Comprehensive metabolic panel
*Thyroid panel with TSH
*Lipid panel including LDL and HDL
*Hemoglobin A1C
*PSA for male patients
*Annual EKG (if necessary) included once per year
Common generic medications are available at low, competitive prices, excluding narcotics and controlled substances. Common laboratory tests are also available at reduced cash-pay pricing.
Please note that while annual wellness labs are included once per year, repeat or follow-up laboratory testing ordered by Dr. Vu may incur additional laboratory fees. Dr. Vu typically prefers to see patients in the office every 3–6 months, depending on medical needs, and additional lab work obtained during those visits may not be included in the annual wellness labs and may result in additional costs.
We believe the best care happens in person. Dr. Vu prioritizes face-to-face visits to build strong patient relationships and perform complete, thoughtful evaluations. Most patients are seen in the office every 3–6 months. Telehealth may be available in select situations when approved by Dr. Vu; however, in-person visits remain the foundation of our care model.
In addition to primary care services, Georgia Wellness Solutions also offers optional wellness and medical aesthetic services for patients interested in supporting overall health, confidence, and quality of life. These services are not required for DPC membership.
